Welcome to River Hills!
To make your first visit as a new resident go smoothly, please come to the front gatehouse, Lithia Pinecrest entrance. Please bring a copy of your closing statement, or a copy of your lease agreement, vehicle registration and driver's license. This will enable us to issue a bar code for your vehicle and complete the registration process.
Also, while you are there pick up your instructional CD about River Hills. We look forward to meeting you!

Wednesday-Friday: 7:00AM - 9:00PM
Saturday-Sunday: 7:00AM - 1:00PM
