To make your first visit as a new resident go smoothly, please e-mail a fully executed copy of the following to web@riverhills-hoa.com:
- Lease;
- Settlement/Closing/HUD Statement (signed by buyer, seller & closing agent);
- Recorded Deed; or
- Recorded Certificate of Title.
Upon receipt, we will provide you with further instructions on obtaining gate decals and entry of visitors into the community.
