New Residents

Welcome to River Hills!
 
To make your first visit as a new resident go smoothly, please e-mail a fully executed copy of the following to web@riverhills-hoa.com:
  • Lease;
  • Settlement/Closing/HUD Statement (signed by buyer, seller & closing agent);
  • Recorded Deed; or
  • Recorded Certificate of Title. 
Upon receipt, we will provide you with further instructions on obtaining gate decals and entry of visitors into the community. 
 
PODs/Storage Container(s)
 
An Architectural Review Committee Application “ARC application” must be completed by the owner and approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to POD(s)/storage container(s) entering the community.  ARC Applications for POD/Storage container(s) can usually be reviewed within 1-2 business days. Call or e-mail River Hills Management to request an ARC application, after your fully executed Settlement Statement has been reviewed.
